Additions & Remodels

Cliff View

In its previous state, the kitchen, dining, and living areas had a darker aesthetic with heavy drapes obstructing views. The kitchen featured black countertops, a black sink, and darker cabinets, creating a sense of weightiness and dimness. The remodel brought significant improvements, replacing the high bar with a counter-height table, modernizing cabinets, and introducing a harmonious wood and stone counter-height island.

The dining room boasts a formal table illuminated by updated pendant lights and a modern wrap-around buffet made possible by relocating the old pantry door. Curved ceiling details enhance the visual connection between the kitchen and dining area. The renewed kitchen showcases lighter woodwork, a gleaming granite island, and improved pantry functionality. The removal of the exhaust hood and installation of a broader window invite more natural light, expanding the view. The living area features a sleeker TV wall and updated light grey furniture.

Motorized ceiling-retracting shades throughout add a contemporary touch, emphasizing efficient design and a thoughtful, modern transformation. The comprehensive changes create a cohesive remodel that prioritizes functionality and aesthetics.
