What to do with a steeply sloped property? A four-story, Modern design with Patios on each level, cantilevered and offset to provide outstanding and unobstructed views. Entry level is at the top of the structure, at road level. Winding paths lead to the lower levels, with terraced landscaping and offset stairs cases to blend with the terrain and provide visual separation. Columns are stacked stone with vertical steel extensions and retaining walls faced with wood planks. From the Pool at the lowest level, one looks up and marvels at the sharp angular geometric expression of the upper levels.
