Originally an unfinished project by others, this incomplete residence was redesigned and developed into a Desert Modern that rises out of its site adjacent to a natural wash. Tiered overhangs soar over a recessed Covered Entry and Foyer, splitting the residence into Living and private Bedroom and Office spaces. Metal-clad overhangs wrap exterior corners to shade each room alongside a spacious Covered Patio that terraces down to a Pool and Spa that nestles into the site. Linear stacked stone accents chimneys and exterior walls for a textural contrast.
