Residential Architecture

Eclectic

Sorboro

A contemporary take on the traditional and distinct Prairie architecture.  It’s low-slung Front Elevation, with shallow, flat tile roof sections, brick and stucco walls and floor-to-ceiling windows combine to give the appearance of a one-story home.  As the topology falls off about 15 feet to the Golf Course, the design opens to a two-story structure.  Rear Patio is designed for entertainment, with a Pool and integral Water Fall, and Spa.  A second story Balcony is set on brick columns over part of the Patio.  See a variation of this design having a distinct Ranch Hacienda appearance.
