This comprehensive remodel transformed a traditionally styled residence into a refined contemporary desert retreat designed for modern living and entertaining. The reimagined interior embraces clean architectural lines, expansive open living spaces, and a warm neutral palette that allows the surrounding Sonoran Desert landscape to become an integral part of the home.

A dramatic new fireplace feature wall serves as the centerpiece of the great room, introducing sculptural texture, custom detailing, and a striking linear fireplace that anchors the space while creating a sophisticated focal point. Throughout the home, updated finishes, custom furnishings, and thoughtfully layered lighting create an atmosphere that is both elegant and inviting.

The renovation also strengthens the connection between the interior and outdoor living areas through expansive sliding glass walls that frame mountain views and flood the home with natural light. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and great room flow seamlessly together, providing comfortable everyday living while effortlessly accommodating larger gatherings.
