Desert Modern

Upland

A series of curved roof slabs, geometric stucco walls, and acres of glass characterize this Desert Modern. Angled cantilevered roof segments float over tall, curved window walls that draw you through the Entry into a massive Great Room rimmed by high clerestory windows. Designed for entertaining, the expansive space features a Billiards area, Grand Piano, and Bar, which opens to outdoor seating. Ample patio space features a custom Fire Feature, lounge seating, and dining space connected to an outdoor Kitchen. The rear patio, infinity-edge pool and spa all rise above a spacious yard perfect for large events. A wide, sweeping archway visually connects a separate guest house to the main structure, concealing the parking areas and garages from view.
