Residential Architecture

Eclectic

Zaccaria

Popping out of the stark desert, white stucco and earth tone accents provide an inviting reprieve. Extensive use of brick pavers, tile, wrought iron and rough-hewn wood, together with the Front Entry’s reflecting pool, amplify the Spanish design influence. The Great Room provides a contemporary take on traditional Spanish architecture. Tall sliding glass doors open to an expansive patio and extend the living area to encompass the surrounding desert and mountains. The Country Kitchen’s linear skylights punch through the soffit creating an exquisite lighting effect. To its side a Cantina – an informal retreat for friends and family.
